Once you’ve purchased a webinar, be sure to Test Your System using the link on the lobby page. It’s recommended that you run this test before your webinar’s air date. Be sure to follow the recommendations for any section of the test results that read “FAILED”. If you need immediate assistance accessing a webinar please contact us at 800-346-1834 or WebinarSupport@epe.org. If a technical failure is our fault and the event does not go on as planned, a full refund will be offered.
